1. Dynamic Replacement Variables
SearchNexa supports standard double-percent dynamic replacement tags that interpolate post context in real-time without database lookups on each render:
%%title%%: The post or page title as entered in the editor.
%%sitename%%: The WordPress site title from General Settings.
%%sep%%: The designated title separator character (·, |, -, or —).
%%excerpt%%: The auto-generated or manually written post excerpt.
%%category%%: The primary taxonomy category for the post.
%%currentyear%%: The dynamically computed 4-digit calendar year.
%%modified_date%%: Last updated date formatted for fresh search display.
2. Editor Metadata Controls & Snippet Preview
SearchNexa provides real-time desktop and mobile SERP previews. As you type, pixel-width meters verify your title remains under 600px and your meta description stays within 960px to prevent search result truncation.
Robots meta directives (noindex, nofollow, noarchive, max-snippet, max-image-preview) can be customized per post without touching theme templates. Note: Metadata controls are verified and operational via the Classic Editor meta box, while the Gutenberg block editor sidebar panel is undergoing final production validation.
3. OpenGraph & Twitter Cards
Custom OpenGraph image upload, custom social titles, and automatic fallback to featured image dimensions ensure clean previews when your content is shared across social and messaging platforms.
