1. Dual Product Licensing Model

SearchNexa operates under a bifurcated software model reflecting the architectural separation of our products:

• WordPress SEO Plugin: The SearchNexa WordPress connector (current baseline 1.17.0) is released under the GNU General Public License v2 (GPLv2). You are free to inspect, modify, and distribute the PHP plugin code within the terms of GPLv2.
• SearchNexa Cloud SaaS: SearchNexa Cloud intelligence services, algorithm pipelines, and multi-tenant APIs are proprietary SaaS services provided under a subscription license. Access is granted on a seat and domain tier basis.

2. Early Access & Preview Disclaimers

During the pre-launch preview and early access period:

• All prospective tier quotas, upcoming Cloud features, and commercial parameters are pre-launch estimates subject to final confirmation prior to public commercial billing.
• No payment cards are charged and no automated checkout is processed on this preview site.
• Early access invites are distributed at SearchNexa's discretion based on server capacity and infrastructure scaling.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the machine learning inference models or proprietary scoring algorithms of SearchNexa Cloud.
• Use SearchNexa Cloud APIs to construct competitive automated SEO crawling software.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, tenant isolation controls, or HMAC-SHA256 signature verification.
• Deploy automated scrapers against SearchNexa marketing infrastructure.

4. Service Availability & Performance

Commercial subscriptions will feature guaranteed uptime commitments with financial remedies outlined in our forthcoming Enterprise SLA. During preview, services are provided “as is” without warranties of continuous availability.
